DISCLAIMER (Montana Shed Center will be referred to as MSC)

• I need to provide clear access for delivery. I also give the delivery service permission to drive across my lawn.

• I understand that MSC and is not responsible for bodily injury or harm to any person or animal on the property during delivery.

• I will make sure all pets are secured in another area.

• I understand that MSC and its delivery service is not responsible for damage to landscaping or underground water systems on the property. I understand that someone needs to be at home at the time of the delivery.

• I understand the rules and laws for obtaining permits. It is my responsibility to obtain all necessary permits.

• I understand that I am responsible for crane service if needed and blocks to the level building.

• MSC provides a limited 10-year warranty from the time of purchase. See dealer for details.

• MSC warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from abuse to buildings, damage due to wind, storms, hail, fire, or any acts of God.

• MSC will do its very best to be fair and reasonable regarding refunds. All sales are final after delivery. Custom ordered buildings are subject to a minimum 20% cancelation fee. A stock building can be fully refunded within 5 days of the order and subject to a minimum of a 10% restocking fee after that. Refunds will not include credit card processing fees.

• I give MSC permission to repossess their building should my payment method default.

• 1-hour delivery/setup allowed. $80 per man hour thereafter to be paid immediately to the delivery driver.

• All orders can be used for display until the building is delivered or paid in full.


Recommended Site Preparation

• I will request a blocking package if I do not have a level pad. We will not block buildings over 288 sq. ft. or higher than 1′.
• Single Garage and any building over 200 sq. ft.
  • We do not block buildings over 200 sq. ft.
  • Customer to provide a level ground surface (compacted 3⁄4″ road mix recommended).
• A-frame Utility, Hi-side Barn, Economy series, and buildings under 200 sq. ft.
  • Gravel base ( 3/4 road mix recommended).
  • The gravel pad should be 1 ft longer and wider on each side of building.
  • Gravel pad needs to be level within 1″.

• Double Wide Garages and Portable Log Cabins (with the wood floor)
  • Needs to have no less than 6″ of compacted road mix gravel base 2ft longer and 2 ft wider than building. (We will not block a double garage or cabin under any condition).
  • Needs to be laser level.
  • Needs to be compacted 3/4 road mix minimum requirement.
  • Concrete slab recommended for all Glacier Cabins.
• Double Wide Garage and Horse Barns(floorless on a concrete slab).
  • Monolithic Concrete Slab 18” deep by 12″ wide perimeter with 6” gravel base and 4” of concrete in the middle.
  • Perimeter Footing 16” wide for walls to set on.
  • Needs to be completely level.
• One hour FREE setup labor after one hour of arrival at your driveway or road.
• $80 per hour after the first hour at your driveway (with the following exception) (Deliveries to locations on the road not maintained by the state may have additional charges)
