Program Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Overview

The Refer a Friend Program allows an eligible customer (“Referrer”) to share a $100 coupon with a new customer (“Referred Customer”). If the Referred Customer redeems the coupon and completes a qualifying purchase, the Referrer becomes eligible to receive a $50 thank-you gift.

2. Coupon Validity

The $100 referral coupon is valid for 1 year from the Referrer’s original date of purchase.

For example, if the Referrer purchased on May 1, 2026, the referral coupon must be redeemed on or before May 1, 2027.

Expired coupons will not be accepted.

3. Qualifying Purchase Requirement

To qualify:

• the Referred Customer must present a valid referral coupon before the purchase is finalized,
• the purchase must be a qualifying purchase through a participating dealer or approved company sales channel,
• the transaction must be completed and verified, and
• the transaction must not be canceled, reversed, or otherwise disqualified.

4. Referrer Reward

The Referrer will receive a $50 thank-you gift only after the Referred Customer completes a qualifying purchase and the transaction is verified.

The thank-you gift is not issued at the time the coupon is given out or redeemed. It is issued only after all program requirements have been met.

5. New Customer Requirement

The referral coupon is intended for use by a new referred customer. The Company may deny a referral reward if the Referred Customer is already an active lead, existing quoted customer, or otherwise already in process with the Company or a participating dealer before the coupon is presented.

6. One Reward Per Qualifying Purchase

Only one referrer reward may be issued per qualifying referred purchase. If multiple people claim the same referred customer, the Company may determine eligibility based on the first valid coupon or other program records.

7. Participating Dealers Only

The referral coupon is valid only through participating dealers or other approved sales channels designated by the Company. Dealer participation may vary by location.

8. No Cash Value

The $100 coupon and the $50 thank-you gift:

• are promotional offers only,
• are not redeemable for cash unless required by law,
• are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the Company, and
• may not be combined with other promotions except where expressly allowed.

9. Lost, Altered, or Misused Coupons

The Company reserves the right to reject any coupon that is lost, expired, altered, duplicated, copied, misused, or submitted in violation of the program rules.

10. Exclusions

The program may not be used for:

• self-referrals,
• employee referrals, unless specifically approved,
• duplicate referrals,
• transactions canceled after purchase,
• transactions that do not meet qualifying purchase requirements, or
• any referral the Company determines is fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant.

11. Reward Delivery

The Company will issue the $50 thank-you gift after the referred transaction has been completed, verified, and approved under the program. Timing of reward delivery may vary.

12. Right to Modify or End Program

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice. Any decision regarding eligibility, qualification, verification, or reward issuance will be made by the Company in its sole discretion.
