• Do you match online listings?
  • We only match a limited set of online listings that meet strict criteria. To qualify, the listing must be from a well-established, authorized retailer and represent a true like-for-like comparison. To qualify, the listing must match the exact size, model, and specifications with no substitutions or approximations, be new and available for immediate purchase (no backorders or special orders), and include publicly advertised pricing available to all customers (no promo codes, memberships, or negotiated pricing). It must come from a reputable commercial seller—not an individual, broker, or third-party marketplace vendor—and reflect the total delivered price, including all shipping, fees, and required add-ons.
• Will you match clearance or used buildings?
  • No—we do not match prices on clearance, used, or refurbished buildings. Clearance and used buildings often vary in condition, materials, warranties, and availability, which makes a fair, like-for-like comparison impossible.
• What if the competitor includes delivery and you don’t (or vice versa)?
  • We always compare the total delivered price when evaluating a price match. Our goal is to compare the real final cost, not just the base price, so you can be confident you’re getting the best overall value.
