With a welcoming front porch, you’ll immediately feel at home. As you enter, you’ll notice the great room with a vaulted ceiling. To the right, a kitchen offers you a space to cook: a double stainless steel sink, real hickory cabinets, and a good counter space. Two lofts – one over the

porch and the other over the bedroom – provide sleeping and storage space.

4″x6″ Pressure treated base skids for foundation support (Cabins over 400 sq. ft. require footing).
2″x10″ floor joist, 16″ on center, with R-30 minimal insulation.
3/4″ tongue & groove OSB sub-floor.
COREtec® Pro Plus waterproof clip-n-lock luxury vinyl plank flooring.
Vinyl or clip-n-lock floor in bath.
Lofts have a 2″x6″ tongue & groove floor, log railing, and ladder.

Side Walls

2″x6″ exterior walls with R-21 insulation.

1″x6″ Knotty pine tongue & groove on the ceiling above rafters.

The G 100 Cabins Delivery

Each cabin is built according to Montana and Wyoming building codes. Keep in mind that additional permits may be required for delivery outside of Montana and Wyoming.
We offer secure and complimentary 50-mile shipping with any building that is custom or from inventory at our over 50 locations in six Northwestern states, including Montana, Idaho, Nebraska, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming.
